What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, phone number, email address, town or suburb and message you type. If you include health details in your message, such as pregnancy, an injury or a medical condition, we receive those too. Only include what the therapist needs to know to reply.
How it is used
Your details are used to pass your enquiry to an independent massage therapist who works in the area, so they can contact you about your request. The therapist uses them to confirm the massage style, time, price and suitability with you. Your details are not sold and are not added to any marketing list.
Who it is shared with
Your enquiry is shared with the therapist we pass it to. If that therapist cannot help, we may pass it to another independent therapist in the area for the same purpose. Once a therapist has your details, their own handling of them is their responsibility. Ask them directly if you want to know how they store client information.
Enquiry data is also held by the service providers that run this website and its form, for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and keep a record of it.
Removal and access
Reply to any message from us and ask for a copy of your details or for them to be deleted. We action that within 5 business days, and let the therapist we shared the enquiry with know about a deletion request.
